Stormwater and water connections
Job description
We. are looking for a plumber/drainlayer for work to meet the Council's conditions for a subdivision. I sought quotes over a month ago but have not yet had responses. Our house is on the market so we are now checking whether someone else is available to complete this work promptly. Site inspection would be needed before quoting. There are 3 components to the work: a fresh water connection from the new toby to existing house, a new stormwater connection to the new lot and a new channel for stormwater from one side of the existing house to the other plus clearing an existing blockage. If you are available and interested in quoting we can provide the Council consent document with conditions listed and a stormwater report and video of drain inspection that has already been done.
