Minor plumbing bits and pieces

We've had a council water tank poorly installed that we need help to correct. This includes: - re-attaching and sealing the downpipe which has become dislodged - placing the water tank connection lower, so the tank doesn't overflow It may be that we need to replace the down pipe as it was differently size to the water tank connection and has now been cut into. Our drainpipe under the house also has a small leak. It is easily accessible right near the door to under the house - you can almost stand up under there - no crawling. We've also got a vintage replica plug in basin that wasn't properly installed and needs fixed. So, lots of bits and pieces. We want a local, reliable plumber used to dealing with Perrin and Rowe fittings.
