Hello My Toilet is very wobbly and needs to be fixed down to the concrete floor. It looks like the old bolts are a bit rusty or broken. The lino is cut close to the edge if it could still line up that would be optimal. Also it has a external vent pipe so it would be difficult to move it much. The property is vacant and clean
