Have a drain at the back left handside of the property. It is connected to a pipe that let's out at the top of a path up to the house. Unfortunately, during heavy rain it appears the water is then going under the house. The difficulty is the storm water is on the other side of the house. Happy to dig the trenches just need direction and the right approach, connection to sort the problem.
