Tee in to new hot water supply

A dedicated boiler under our kitchen sink now appears to have given up the ghost (it is tripping out and may or may not be leaking) and we are now without hws to the kitchen. We have a new boiler that supplies our other hot water and rads. I'd like to switch the supply over to the new boiler and disconnect the old one from power and water. (It can stay in place). Access under house is pretty good. A person can sit in the working area. Central heating guys left some pipework that can be used to tee in. Not sure if more needed. Happy to make evening or weekend arrangements for anyone to have a look.
