Spraying cistern and frozen tub tap
Job description
Part of the cistern mechanism is spraying water which is leaking down the wall on which the cistern is attached. Separately, the hot water tap that feeds in to the washing machine is stuck and cannot be opened so no hot water can be fed through the hose into the washing machine.

Excellent service. Raised the job on Saturday afternoon and it was completed Monday morning. Great communication the whole way. Once on-site Nick confirmed his prognosis from the photos provided with the job and provided an update with respect to a previously unidentified potential point of failure. He was able to address that immediately with a minimum of cost. From start to finish this was a positive experience and Nick was great to deal with.
