1. Leaking connector under Kitchen Sink - Kitchen sink tap is a mixer and it has hot and cold water connected. Hot water pipe leaks / drips so we keep it turned off at the stop valve located under sink when not needed. This needs to be fixed. 2. Broken pipe - A part of the pipe connecting bathroom sink tap to external discharge is leaking and around 1m pipe needs replacement under the house. Access under the house is moderate. 3. Shower head - Shower head needs replacement as it is worn out. I have got a new shower head which can be used as a replacement if the model fits.
