Storm water and sewer pipe replacement

Remove approx 6m diagonal section of concrete encased storm water and sewer pipes and replace with plastic pipes down the back wall and across under a proposed new floor. 4 pipes to be replaced, Includes neighbour's storm water and sewerage. Some excavation work required (the concrete and soft clay). Doorway and outside wall can be removed to aid access. Most of the clay has already been excavated. More will need to be removed for the laying of new pipes. Excavated material may be used as fill for a retaining wall located a few meters away.
