We have a leaking ceiling and water is dripping from it. The house is in two levels. The top level directly above the ceiling has an ensuite with a tub. It seems to be when the facilities end up being utilised, the water seems to flow. It may be something straightforward perhaps with a replacement of pipe and reinstalling a gib.
