Blocked external drain and solution to stop blockage again
Job description
Hello, We have an external wastewater drain that is blocked. There is a pool of stagnant water in it. See photo. This drain is under a deck but it is easy to access as the height of the deck is about 1.5 meter so its easy to get under it. 1. We'd like the drain cleared so there is no pooling water. 2. We'd like a solution to minimise blockage occurring in future, as one of the pipes feeding the drain is from the kitchen sink. I am certain that food scraps has lead to this drain blockage. 3. Also, gutter clearing - we need about about 3m of gutter cleared of leaves and then gutter brushes inserted. The property is in Mt Cook, near Nairn st. It has easy walk on access and parking. Thanks.
