I need a soak pit or something similar to solve a drainage problem at the side of the house. the house is on a hillside, built 1959. In the last year there has been extensive work on the drains. However, this area has water seepage and a soak pit is probably the answer. A sizable hole has already been dug exposing the drainage pipes including a sewage drain laid seven or so years ago.
