Plumbing for washing machine in utility room

I've just moved into a new house in Ngaio with a utility room off the basement. It has an existing sink and backs on to the crawl space where pipes and cables are located. I would like to put my washing machine in this room but there are no existing taps other than the sink. Can you help?
