Develop drainage between hill and house

Hill at rear of property has a slow drip that is getting underneath house. Drainage previously managed it, but concrete around drain was damaged in July storm Small bank needs digging out, with drain to be laid underneath it to keep water from the hill away from property Current patio system is draining water during rain towards property, so also keen to manage that. Pipe by the road needs to be developed to drop water to the kerb. Drainage from the existing drain to the road working fine, no issues there.
