Relocate external vent pipe

Current vent pipe runs up an internal wardrobe into a roof space then along several rafters before exiting on side of house. Would like it to exit house immediately above where it comes up. Internal photo shows pipe, and would like it exiting where the elbow is. The external photo shows the vent exit on the right hand (darker side). The proposed exit would be just before the sloped roof.
