Drain repair and possible subsidence #2

Storm water drain pipes to road have been crushed and need replacing. Also have cracks in the brickwork of the house, thinking it may be subsidence due to water not draining. If so, this will need fixing too. *EDIT* The access hatch to get under the house is not working, so there will need to be another hole made and a door installed as well as the above work.
