A few minor plumbing jobs have built up that I haven't had time to resolve; 1 - Toilet - water constantly dripping into the bowl, unsure if it is over filling or dripping causing it to keep refilling (chicken and egg). 2. Replace mixer tap in bathroom sink (tap supplied). 3. Check plumbing under kitchen sink, plumbing replaced broken insinkerator and it doesn't look that flash.
