Install 8 - 10m of water mains polyethylene pipe

Registered plumber only please :-) A small section of the galv water piping feeding our house is corroded, just upstream of our toby. We'd like to replace it with MDPE / polyethylene pipe. There's another fitting about 8m upstream (see photos) and everything up from there is in good condition. If it's easier, could just replace all the way back to the council toby (another few metres). Willing to pay $300-500.
