Replace taps and water pressure test

I need a outside garden tap fixed/replaced, it leaks up through its self when turned on. Once complete I then need a water pressure test done (Wellington water are trying to determine where a neighbours leak is coming from) Should the pressure test fail further investigation to find or rule out leak will be needed. While on site I also have a hand basin tap that drips/won’t turn off properly. Washer has been changed but didn’t help. Currently tap it isolated wiry rap under basin. Looking for an idea of initial cost and someone available next Wednesday 25March as that’s when someone can be home. Thanks
