The toilet (probably 25 years old) is leaking water from the hose that fills the tank and it also runs continuously - never filling up the tank. The kitchen faucet (Aquatica - 3 years old) has both a spray and jet function that doesn't work. It gets stuck between the two which leaves it without much pressure and rather useless.
