New bathroom & laundry plumbing on slab

1. Install new bathroom (shower and basin only) on concrete slab with block walls. Keen to understand difference in cost if build shower up with stairs or cut into concrete slab. Outside drain is visable on exterior wall to where new bathroom will be placed (and where waste is currently running). Outside drain is approx. 200mm higher than internal floor. 2. Moving laundry into cupboard on concrete slab under stairs - approx. 2m from an external wall. Timeframe is flexible -
