Rotting floor boards under stainless steel shower tray

Stainless steel shower tray has no support in far corner due to water getting in underneath to joist over time. As you can see from the photo, the shower lining never overlapped the tray edge, so water been seeping in there slowly - now if feels like support in far corner finally gone.
