Kitchen Plumbing - replacement sink & new dishwasher

Looking for a plumber to help with the following: - disconnection of existing sink and taps - replacement of some old piping (original from 1940's) from sink location for approx 2-3m to newer hot water cylinder. - install new sink and taps in same location as old one (supplied by us) - install new dishwasher (will need new piping and splitter from sink), next to sink. Looking to start in the next couple of weeks and expecting new sink and kitchen units to be delivered end of Feb, so will need the new install part of this to happen then or early March. Access under the house is good. Please let me know either an hourly rate and estimated materials cost if possible, or if you want to come to do a full quote.
