Replace dripping shower mixer

We have an elderly shower mixer which has a drip. We're pretty sure the mixer needs replacing. We would be really keen for this to be done on the afternoon on Wednesday 20th, or at least for you to start that afternoon as we'll be home. In the photos you'll see the mixer, and also the slightly odd combination of a mixer, and above it a tap which controls whether the water comes out both shower heads or just the one. We think it's the mixer that is the problem. You'll also see that our (inherited) bathroom is a fetching dusty pink and gold scheme :-/ I think we would prefer to replace the mixer with either something in the same scheme or gold, rather than white which would stand out.
