(1) 1970s rental property with original hot water cylinder with header tank on top. We may need to replace existing cylinder as it constantly overfills and due to the low water pressure system, the pressure into the shower is poor. (2) Our current home, need tap washers replaced for bathroom vanity hot tap and majorly dripping kitchen faucet.
