We'd like to convert a closet into a toilet in a old cottage. If possible we'd like you do do the consent work too. The existing clay drains run from the back of the house, under a concrete path. The new connection to the drain would go from the new toilet underneath the wood floor (There is ~1 meter clearance under the floor) of the house approximately 2m. It would then have to go under the weatherboards and connect to the main drain under the concrete path. There is no direct street access (20m) and there is a narrow set of stairs up to the path. A plumber who cleared the drain said it should be very straight forward. Here is a link to the council plans archive: ---
