Confirm leak source and possible new pipes

I need a plumber to confirm the source of a leak in my neighbours' apartment downstairs - this will require a leak detector, as the pipes run in-between their ceiling and my floor. If the source is a damaged pipe, I will also need a quote for getting new water pipes installed into my apartment. This needs to happen any time on Wednesday, 3 October, Thursday 4 October or Monday 8 October.
