Plumbing in Kitchen Refurb

We are installing a Mitre 10 kitchen. We are in need of a plumber who can: 1.Close off the taps so we can do the install ourselves. 2.Remove old pipes where a dishwasher used to be. 3.Prep for the new sink installation, merge two taps into one mixer. 4. Potentially remove a water filtration unit or adapt to keep it Then once we are installed: 1.Install a new dishwasher 2.Attach sink mixer tap 3.Turn everything back on 4. Anything else we don't know we've missed.
