Kitchen Tap mixer Leaking...Cartridge need replacement

Tap Leaking Tap is leaking. Needs to turn around in different locations to find out where it can be close. Usually to open pull the leaver and to turn off push the leaver. Could you please provide me the total price for the job that includes labour and part? If the full job successfully completed then we have few other plumbing jobs which we can discuss with successful trades person. The job is not very time consuming as it may only needs cartridge replacement. In my opinion tap is Methven brand as all the taps in the house are from same brand. But not fully confident as brand name is not mention anywhere on the tap. Tap age 6 to 7 year old Photos are provided for more information. Please let me know if you required any other information.
