Benchtop dishwasher install

Need a benchtop dishwasher plumbed into kitchen. Will require drilling a hole in the wooden benchtop (not the stainless steel) to run the pipes (cold and waste) through the cupboards. Plumbing is easily accessible but pipes/waste are not plastic. Dishwasher comes with tubing but will require the tap and other connectors at the water/waste end.
