Services from the boundary

I own a site in new town where i a boing to buikd a house in about a months time. There us a long driveway leading to the site and i need services taken from the boundary to the site. Working drawings are being preapred now, and will be ready next monday 14th of may. If you are also a plumber there may be an opportunity to do the plumbing for the house. But first i need to get the services to the site.
