Permanently repair/replace root blocked pipes and fix concrete path over area

Our sewage drain is slowly blocking. We had it unblocked with water blasting approx 5 months ago, but the symptom of gurgling toilets is back. I think the nearby pohutakawa tree's roots continue to get into the old pipes. We need a permanent fix. The concrete path that is currently over the pipes is also broken and needs repairing, so this could fix both at the same time. Approx 9 metres of pipe/concrete path.
