Blocked drain causing terrible smell

We have an insinkerator that sent properly chewing the food and it's caused the drain to overflow and create a disgusting smell around the whole house. I need this checked and fixed ASAP as it isn't pleasant and I can imagine unhygienic too especially with two young kids.
