Needing someone ASAP to come and install a new mixer tap and drainage for new sink and washing machine drainage I needed to cut the existing draining pipe (that goes into the floor) to remove the old standalone laundry tub - as per photo. Base of cabinet can be cut more if needed to do the job. Mixer tap will need a 35mm hole cut into the benchtop
