Damaged drain bypass to septic tank

A section of our drain pipe has been filling with stones and getting blocked. Unfortunately, that section has been built over when the previous owners extended a storage cupboard out from the side of the house. The extension is not shown on the asbuilt drainage plan attached We need to lay a new section of drain around the extension, that will need to join with another drain from our cottage at a T-junction.
