Replace length of wastewater pipe

Wastewater drain is currently sitting above height of driveway. Needs to be finished and buried deeper to allow us to put pavers down (black housing flush with driveway). Clay pipe can be cut much further back and replaced with pvc to allow for slope. Pipe is from the front house (on the same property) and goes under our driveway to the main connection at the back. I believe it is wastewater but might be stormwater. Hopefully a pretty straight forward job, I can dig it out further back and remove the concrete in preparation. Timeframe as soon as possible.
