Fix an apparent Leaking coming from a wall

Tenant: We came home to a wet rug yesterday...seems like water from the washing area..sipping through the --- : could you check that the washing machine is properly connected and so? Tenant: Yes i did check this morning ...nothing dripping on outside of wall or even a wet floor on the washing side....i think the leak is within the walls
