Hot Water Cylinder Plumbing & Installation

Needing to replace existing hot water cylinder as the temperature has started to drop when using the shower. 180L unit that needs replacing but due to the positioning, will require the door frame to be cut out in order to remove/replace existing cylinder. I’ve attached photos of the unit and within the cupboard but looking for quotes to complete the entire job.
