Adding a second kitchen sink tap

I would like to add a second sink tap (a small one) as water inlet (cold water only) to my water filter appliance. Looks like need to drill a new hole through the sick to accommodate the second sink tap. I included photos of the possible accessories needed to do the job. Please provide a quote if you are interested. However, feel free to provide an alternate/ better solution. Thanks
