Small bathroom renovation

We are ripping everything out of the bathroom to redo. So when you arrive it will be gutted and ready for plumbing. Floor where bath was will be replaced. Corner shower unit is being replaced but in the same place, so might not need anything done as the waste is the same and taps on the same wall. Plumbing removed from current vanity. Bath plumbing to be moved to another wall for new double vanity. See images for reference. Easy access to under the house, under the bathroom you can semi stand up as the house is on a slight hill.
