Blocked Shower Drain

My shower drain dosnt work everytime I turn the shower on - I spend 5-10 mins plunging it then it drains fine for the rest of the shower... but then the next day - same problem. Even tried the 2 metre drain cleaning brush - no help. Been going on for over 9 months now. Fed up. Need a permanent solution - needs to be flushed out or something. Need a plumber that knows what they are doing and can fix the draining problem for more than one day for a reasonable price.
