Dishwasher setup

Hi we’d like to install a dishwasher temporarily in our laundry. We’d like a quote for setting up the plumbing for a rental dishwasher we don’t have yet. Im assuming it’s a valve off the cold water and a drain under the sink. It has to be setup so once we take the dishwasher away everything will function. I’m guessing the incoming valve could just be switched off, but i don’t know about the drain line. I’m relatively handy so it can be something that I can attach later. As you can see in the photos you can’t get to the water line under the sink but maybe you can tap it off the cold water washing machine tap? We are in Ta Atatu Peninsula and would love this as soon as possible. Thanks!
