Issues with hot water cylinder
Job description
*Our property is on Coulter Rd, Swanson. about 8.0 km from motorway exit (SH16). Issues are as follow: 1. The pressure relief pipe on the roof keeps dripping water. When we use the shower the water coming out in large amount. 2. It is really difficult to adjust the temperature in bathrooms, either too hot or completely cold. We turn on the hot water first and slowly turn on the cold water, once water gets warm, it immediately turn cold, even when we turn off the cold water, cold water still coming out of the hot water tap. 3. Pipe in the attic will make noise when we try to adjust the water temperature. At the same time water will stream out of the pressure relief pipe on roof. We need professional plumber to fix the issues and make sure all three bathroom working normally. Photos showing the hot water system from roof to intake.
