Blocked drain - flooding into neighbours yard.

We have discovered a blocked drain as it has been flooding into our neighbours yard. It appears to be from the shower, sink, washing machine and possibly the dishwasher but not sure on that one. The drain was completely blocked off from access so we have cut a whole in the side of the under house to create access. We tried to clear it with a small drain snake (wayyyyy to small) and pulled out large amounts of hair and gunk so assume there is much more further down blocking the drain. Would love to get this sorted for our neighbours sake (and ours as its created a muddy, sludgey mess under the house that we were using for storage.) Photos showen are the drain itself, the puddle of water under the pipes, the hold cut fot accessing the drain and the neighbours flooded clothes line area.
