Mains water pipe replacement

We have attempted to resolve a water leak from the meter to the house, this was unsuccessful, due to the leak (possibly) existing under the house, which unfortunately is sitting directly on the ground. I would like to resolve this with the minimum disruption to existing concrete. As the pipe has been replace at the point of entry to the house, we need to have the entire pipe from there on replaced. Possible vertical drilling done to minimize concrete destruction. Then push the new pipe from entry point to exit point then connect beginning to new pipe, the same for the end.
