We have contacted insurance company for a leak in the property and they are requiring a plumbing report from a registered plumber so they can complete assessment. This report has to be emailed to their assessor. We will require the same plumber to do the plumbing work if it is require to fix the leak. At the moment, a plumbing report is what is required at the moment.
