Bathroom

BATHROOM 1) remove existing shower (1960's built in box), bath and handbasin (i.e. gut existing bathroom). 2) remove wall at end of bath (800mm wide). 3) remove sidewall of existing showerbox. 4) remove set of built-in drawers in adjacent bedroom, and rebuild new bathroom wall 600mm into bedroom. (needs 800mm of new wall). Re-gib, fit architraves to match, and plaster as required. 5) Bath - purchase & install, including framing. Bath will be the Kohler Freelance with shower over. Will need Shower unit installed and new plumbing. 6) Hand basin - purchase and fit (use existing plumbing). 7) Tile floors 8) Tile walls, includes feature strip of tiles. Existing size of bathroom is approx 1675 x 2275.
