Replace toilet

Hi - we are doing up our toilet and before wallpaper goes in we are looking to replace old toilet with toilet that backs to wall, not sure what I need to do as not bought a toilet yet, so any advice on what sort to buy would be great. The toilet we currently has the cistern and the pipe going down in an S bend - is this easy to replace? and install? We live off Bruce McLaren Road, Henderson - Thanks Sarah
