New Drain Connection to Public Storm Water

Hi there, I am building a new house and the house is now ready, but the builder's drain layer is not available. I need to get the sub-soil drain (already installed) and the house storm water pipes (already installed) connected to the public storm water pipeline. Auckland council advised a new Cess pit to be installed before connecting to the storm water line. So I need to get this done asap and need a price and timeline to get this job done. I have the approved & stamped drawings from council. Please let me know if you are a certified drain layer and when can you do this job and a quote please. Please get in touch with ASAP. Thanks Madhav
