High pitched and clunking sound from water pipes

I’m not sure exactly what is required but Watercare replaced the pipes in our area about 8-12 months ago. The noise had been present before this but then it stopped for about 6 months after the new pipes. The noise has since returned and I’m not able to identify exactly if it’s when the hot or cold water is running or which faucet is causing it? It seems to be present all the time now and I actually think it’s both taps from every faucet. The mains faucet has been checked and is fully open.

I’d definitely use Louis again if I had any other plumbing problems. He had excellent communication and was able to do the job within a week, which was appreciated. His call out fee included the time it took to do the job which wasn’t as costly as other quotes I’d received.
