Kitchen: there is already pipes for the kitchen sink as per photo but on the right side of the photo there will be a dishwasher. Plumbing for the sink and dishwasher will need to be ready for inspection. Refer to the photo showing the inside wall of the kitchen and the outside photo. Main pipe: The photo showing the main pipe will show you that the pipe isn't for this purpose. There is a trench built already to bury the pipeline. Please refer to the outdoor photos showing this. Ensuite bathroom: You will find photos showing a new ensuite. By the window goes the vanity on the left and toilet on the right. The photo where you see a piece of insulation is where the shower box is placed. This will be inspected by the council too. Water supply: There is not enough water pressure for two bathrooms.
